Steph transitioned into the real estate industry in 2024, following a successful background in medical administration where she developed strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach. She joined Stean Nicholls in 2026, bringing these strengths into her role and quickly becoming a valued member of the team.
She enjoys the dynamic nature of property management, particularly the variety each day brings and the opportunity to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Steph is known for delivering high-quality service and exceptional attention to detail.
Outside of work, Steph enjoys spending time at the gym, shopping, and making the most of quality time with her husband and two young boys.
